I am a strategic designer, empathetic problem-solver, and an impact consultant. I specialise in facilitation, organization design and relationship building— helping teams and organisations tackle the wicked problems, build cultures and tools. I focus on participatory and collaborative methods to create actionable strategies towards regenerative practices.

In my work, I help teams and organizations see new opportunities and help create a framework to move forward. This can mean working at cross-roads of different disciplines, developing a new strategy, shaping business models or supporting teams to create new practices.

Previously– I was lead designer at creative agency frog (2018-2023), where much of my work focus on organization design, culture , learning and development. I was responsible for leading a team of designers, developing new methodologies and toolbox for organization activation, and designing business strategies across various industries (telco, CPR, public sector, health, etc.). In addition, I also contributed as the Training Lead for frog’s global sustainability team on building internal competency for creating impact.
