Clouds in Taichung are absolutely beautiful.
Day trip with mom- an afternoon at Nanyuan, former vacation home of the late owner of Taiwan’s United Daily News. Built in the 1980s in the Jiangnan style, with beautiful red brick walls, flagstone walkways, surrounded by heavenly greens.

—Everything's OK
On my train ride back to Vancouver, I met an incredibly charismatic old gentleman from England named Martin. He wore an olive-coloured fedora, and came all the way from Seattle for swing dancing. We offered a ride to his hotel in Mr. Wellington, during which he shared his recent break up with his lady friend. He said, he came to think, and a journey would do him good. We listened to Frank Sinatra, and cheered him up with funny stories. I love his honesty, and truly hope he’s doing great. Everything’s okay.
