I met this woman today at the store, she had amazing blue eyes and a beautiful ocean blue necklace. She said it was made by a woman in Papua New Guinea. She told me stories of her travel, from Guatemala to Uganda, from Madagascar to Papua New Guinea. I think I fell in love with her stories, full of colourful memories.
She talked about volcanoes and beautiful dialects, even about the women that believe inĀ ocean god as the one who gives them babies. Her stories were mersmerizing like fairy tales, got me feeling impatient about going on the road. Jeff said it’s cause I have a free soul, maybe deep down I am addicted to traveling. I am anxious, but I know I have to take it slow. It’ll happen, one step at a time.
