I like movies that are raw.. unpolished and real. Movies that don’t just show the glory, the smooth ride to success. Even the ones that talk about struggles in life, hollywood tends to package in a way that always resemble too much of a dreamy cinderalla. I like the ones that show the in between times, the not-so-pretty, not-super-dramatic times. But that’s the problem, box office don’t tend to favour those moments as much. It’s like you’d rather see a person eating a wonderfully made breakfast with ham and eggs, rather than watching a scene of the same person struggling to find sugar or pepper.
