I love our team! It is truly amazing to be able to work along side such an inspirational and loving group. I feel very fortunate to have such an experienced and inspirational mentor as Henrik, to learn from. Today’s one of those days that make you feel pumped with adrenaline, ready to rumble, and get down to business. Much to be done, much to be learned. Awesome.

So this happened.
Our fridge has sadly broken down earlier this week. My punishment for going home late was a failed attempt to save all my fresh groceries. I was left with a jar of almond butter, a red pepper, and some radishes. Thanks to the gloomy and freezing weather outside, the patio has now become our gigantic natural fridge. Don’t tell the raccoons, cause the birds already got Suzi’s chorizo...
