Faith In Me
Ever had anyone in your life that just brings out the best in you? You can never describe the feeling of having someone that believes in you so much and so deeply. It is heart-felt, it makes you speechless, filled with love, and gratitude. Fiona and Philipp are like that to me. I love them both, with all my heart. We decided to spend some time together before they leave for Germany for 3 weeks....

Learning makes me happy. It makes me feel alive. Making the best out of my time, is to grow, to evolve, to make changes, being selfless, adventurous, open-minded, and to absorb. It’s an amazing feeling, to do something great, or even be a part of something greater. It makes everything worth while, and leaves you fulfilled.

I met some very lovely people tonight. There was a lovely couple from Phoenix, they drove all the way up the west coast from Arizona. They made me smile. It’s so rare to meet such sincere and grateful folks. We chatted and shared stories. They told me about Italy, travels, and their upcoming trip to the island. Knowing how much I want to go to Europe, they left me a lovely note of places...

A night with my sister, Tina. We watched Last Chance Harvey. It makes me wonder how both of our weddings will be like. It won’t be for a while, but I know she’s going to be the most beautiful bride ever.

Typhoon Morakot →
This breaks my heart. It breaks my heart. Growing up, typhoons were always common in the summers back home. I was lucky though, the worst scenarios I ever came across were pretty much water leakage through our window cracks, or howling winds and umbrella breakage. Taipei was a lucky place, despite of minor floods, damage was controllable. These photos are of the people and the places that I...

It was the rainest day of our entire summer. We made sangria, and some pretty awesome pasta. Chris called. I haven’t talked to her in a year! Lola’s was weird, I bumped into Barclay man’s buddies again. Twice in a row. Our long chat on the phone feels too long ago. He’s somewhere in Venice right now. I am starting my new job today! It’s way too early to be rambling...

Tom Hansen reminds me of the Barclay man. In fact, buildings, architecture, quirky and funny things reminds me of him. It talks about coincidences. I believe in it, too.

Me: I don't know.
Elisa: Babe, women have the tendency of confusing themselves between what they want, and what the reality is. We all do it, it's natural.
Me: That I know.
Elisa: That's life. Let it be. Sometimes, you can't do nothing but just let it be.
Me: It's true. If it's meant to happen, it will.

I bought my first ever lottery ticket the other day, thinking it would be quite a different investment on wishful thinking for my precious two dollars. I was pretty damn proud of myself actually, don’t even ask me why. Somehow, I lost the ticket today. So, I am just going to go ahead and believe that I did win the lottery, but I chose to share my luck with some lucky bum out there. Good Job,...
