406 Exceptional Polaroids →
(via simko)
I love polaroids.. it makes me kind of sad thinking that it will probably be something so unfamiliar to our children years from now, like an fading old-school legend.

I see beautifully crafted and professionally treated designs everywhere. It never ceases to amaze me how talented and skillful people are in the industry. These designs motivate me to learn more, to practice more, and to do more. However, the most inspirational designs I find are usually much more than that. They have stories, concepts that can resonate with your beliefs, ideas that make you...

Customer: Sure, sounds good.
Me: Can I get your name, please?

Weirdly enough, tonight’s good times made me think of you again. I miss knowing you are there by my side. This time, I was strong though. I didn’t reply your emails. There’s no point anymore. I don’t want to be a spare tire left on the side for you to pick up when it’s time. I want more than your simple of act of kindness. It kills me to think that this may be it,...

The Main was full of love tonight
Music always heals your souls, I swear. Josh and his band played at The Main tonight. We IDers popped by and showed some support. :) I loved the adorable people, the good music, and the awesome laughs. This totally made my night.

I met this woman today at the store, she had amazing blue eyes and a beautiful ocean blue necklace. She said it was made by a woman in Papua New Guinea. She told me stories of her travel, from Guatemala to Uganda, from Madagascar to Papua New Guinea. I think I fell in love with her stories, full of colourful memories.
She talked about volcanoes and beautiful dialects, even about the women that...

Late-night Call Out, Nº2
minusbaby:
I have this thing where I’m very hesistant to post images less than 500 pixels wide or, if the image’s ratio makes is less than 500 pixels wide post-resize - this is because Tumblr’s resizing algorithm wants to make everything 500 pixels by 700 pixels with 700 getting preference. I’ll either respectfully resize the image locally before uploading (adding a border at a 5:7 ratio or...

There is an expiry date on blaming your parents for steering you in the wrong direction; the moment you are old enough to take the wheel, responsibility lies with you. What is more, I cannot criticise my parents for hoping that I would never experience poverty. They had been poor themselves, and I have since been poor, and I quite agree with them that it is not an ennobling...
